Roger de Vlaeminck

Roger De Vlaeminck is an old runner Belgian cyclist. He was born the August 24th 1947, with Eeklo in Belgium (Flandres Eastern). Called the Gipsy , it belonged to the professional circuit of 1969 to 1984. Crafty one and excel tactician, the Dynamitero was a solitary fighter and excellent cyclo-crossman, very skilful.

Its many victories in Paris-Roubaix also were worth to him the nickname of “Mr Paris-Roubaix”.
