Roger Marion

Roger Marion is a senior official of the French Police, born in 1947 with Castres (Tarn).

Biography

Wire of a porcelain railwayman and saleswoman, after the Vat, it is received with the assistance of judiciary police officer with the SRPJ of Bordeaux and in 1976 it leaves vice-major the School of the police chiefs. He is then delegated chief of police with safety and defense with Marseilles, and delegated chief of police with safety and defense with Lille since July 2004. May 23rd, 2006, it is placed prefect out-tallies, without assignment, by decision of the Council of Ministers.

Controversies

Roger Marion was shown to have created evidence of any part or to have covered their creation. Stopped at the time of a raid against the islamist mediums in 1993 (operation chrysanthemum), Moussa Kraouche is shown to be the chief of a powerful terrorist network. Seven years later, it is slackened by the examining magistrate Roger Leloire: “ Non-lieu for Foamed Kraouche, because of a construction of evidence pure and simple of the police services ”.

In the Business of the Prefect Erignac, assassinated, Jean Castela and Vincent Andriuzzi, suspected of having fomented the attack, are discharged in call: official reports were made up and the declarations of Roger Marion are contradictory between them. He would have been unaware of the Ferrandi/Colonna track for six months because he hated the Bonnet prefect who had transmitted information. The general prosecutor of the Court of Appeal of Paris formed an appeal against this decision. They, on the other hand, are condemned, the first at 10 years of reclusion the second at 8 years of reclusion, for attacks with the explosive made in 1994 in Paris and Lozere.

During the lawsuit of Yvan Colonna, the methods of Marion were blamed. Indeed, during more than one year, the men of Roger Marion, challenged more than 340 people and obtained 42 settings in examination in a doubtful track. The president of the course states: “ One includes/understands your bitterness (...) one with a little unpleasant impression of an open and permanent penal file which is used to feed with the wire of the needs, investigations to come ”
