Wilhelm Busch , born the April 15th 1832 with Wiedensahl and deceased with Mechtshausen the January 9th 1908 is a German draftsman . Its heroes max und Moritz (1865) will inspire the Pim, WFP and Poum of Rudolf Dirks (1897).
Busch does not have recourse to the phylactère, but its stories are read like sequences of images and thus belong well to the field of the Cartoon.
It was a large artist of Lower Saxony.
