Rocroi (cheese)
The Rocroi is a French cheese manufactured with Rocroi in the the Ardennes.
Cheese with the cow's milk skimmed, soft paste and ashed crust, it is refined in wood ash from where the name which to him is sometimes given ashy of the Ardennes . Of form square or cylindrical, for a weight from 200 to 300 grams, it is of exclusively farm manufacture.
