ROCAD is the Optical Network of the Campus of Endowed It (scientific campus of Villeurbanne, in the north of Lyon).
It is the underground railway network or MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) which inter-connects with Très high banc the schools and universities of the campus. It is connected to Renater.
