The “business of the robin”
As of mid-February, the pulling of the memory is exhausted, that is to say 50.000 specimens postage stamp and of. La Poste receives the complaints of collectors réservataires emissions of the philatelic program, which did not receive the block (either approximately a little more than 500.000 people). The postal company ends up finding a stock sufficient to satisfy the few 150 réservataires having chosen the option to receive all the emissions.During the year 2004, the block-layer undergoes a Spéculation in the merchants of stamps to serve the collectors which missed the purchase. In spring 2004, the selling price in the merchants of the block reaches 150 € for a value of sale of 3 € and a facial value of 0,50 €. Its price was stabilized since with 120 € on the Parisian philatelic gone. At the end of 2006, the speculation seems to deflate and one finds this block with 75 - to 80 €.
Since, La Poste emitted other layers with illustrated insert which knew pullings lower than the passion than they caused at the collectors: that related to the emission of the block Cut Gordon Bennett drawn with 60.000 specimens.
