Roberto Zucco
Roberto Zucco is a Play of Bernard-Marie Koltès (1988), inspired by actual facts, which reports the history of the Italian Serial killer Roberto Succo, raised with a dimension mythical and crossed with the history of the “gamine”, young girl in perdition.
This part causes an enormous scandal, because it is based on real and tragic events.
Description
blah shakespearien Beginning, fast rate/rhythm, in rules expressionists of the Stationendrama , a procession of characters, murder series. This part is also the rupture of the duet Koltès - Chéreau, since it is put in scene for the first time in Germany, in Berlin in 1990.
In February of this year, I saw, placarded in the subway, the research opinion of the assassin of a police officer. I was fascinated by the photograph of the face. Some time afterwards, I on television see the same boy who, hardly imprisoned, escaped with the hands of the police officers, went up on the roof of the prison and defied the world. (...) Its name was Roberto Succo: it had killed his parents, at the fifteen years age, then become again “reasonable” up to twenty-five years, abruptly it runs off the line once again (...) It is the first time that I take as a starting point a fact various, but that there is not a fact various. Succo has a trajectory of an incredible purity.
