Roberto Kobeh González is a Mexican Engineer in communication and electronics . He is the president of the council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) since 2006.

Biography

Graduate of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, of Mexico in 1965, Kobeh González begins his career with this establishment, as a professor of electronic engineering. He becomes then director of SENEAM, the organization responsible for and the aeronautical communucations air traffic control of Mexico, of 1978 with 1997.

In 1998, he becomes representative of his country to the council of the ICAO, then vice-president of the international organization. The March 2nd 2006, it was selected to replace the Lebanese Assad Kotaite with the direction of the international agency, as from the 2006.
