Roberto Colaninno
Roberto Colaninno (born in August 1943 with Mantoue, Lombardy) is an Italian industrialist (the Immisi holding S.p.A) which proved its ardor and vision.
Biography
Roberto Colaninno makes its beginnings in a cabinet of expertise before entering a factory of filters for cars, Fiaam Filter. Carlo De Benedetti takes it as associated when it buys this company by creating in 1981 Sogefi.
In February 1999, with the support declared of digigeant Massimo D' Alema, it makes a success of the tender offer of the giant of telecommunications of the country to keep it in national control. It derives a comfortable profit from it.
With the autumn 2002, it prepares a recovery plan of FIAT but its offer is not accepted. It launches out then in the industry of the two wheels, in crisis, with the capital intensive support of the banks, by beginning with Piaggio then Aprilia/Moto Guzzi. As of 2004 the company turns over to the black figures. In 2005, it license to make produce in China and soon in India.
In 2006 it launches MP3 to two wheels to before and introduced the company in Bourse.
