Robert de Willughby
Robert de Willughby , English captain, count de Vendôme (1424 - 1430).
By letters patent of September 20th, 1424, Henri VI, king d' Angleterre and of France entrusts the to him Comté of Vendôme. This nomination is confirmed on May 25th, 1427.
It is probable that Robert de Willughby left Vendôme in 1430, the French becoming more offensive after the release of Orleans, but it is still entitled in 1431 count de Vendôme and of Beaumont-on-Oise, Montdoubleau and Beaumesnil .
