Robert de Boron or Robert de Borron (fine of the 12th century - beginning of) born with Boron (Territory-of-Belfort).
Its work, resting on that of Christian of Troyes and Robert Wace, mark an evolution of the myth of the King Arthur mainly by his christianization. It is him which makes Graal a Christian Relique: the Holy Chalice.
Its only known novel, the Novel of Romance Graal or of the estoire of Grall , written between 1190 and 1210 in worms, consist of three parts: Joseph d' Arimathie , Merlin and Perceval whose only first reached us as well as fragments of the second. Perceval is known only in the form of translation in prose but probably very faithful to the original, even of its hand even.
