Robert Sternberg

Robert Sternberg (1949 -) is a contemporary American psychologist who is interested in the Intelligence, with the Intelligence practices, with the gaining Intelligence ( Successful Intelligence ), with the Créativité, the creative Intelligence, the Leadership, etc

Prolific writer, it wrote - only or in collaboration - nearly 200 pounds.

Its definition of the most recent creativity (2002) is this one:

“Creativity is the ability to produce work that is:

  • Novell (i.e original, unexpected),
  • high in quality,
  • and appropriate (i.e useful, meets task constraints)”.
(Sternberg, Kaufman, & Pretz, 2002, p. 1).

For him, the leadership is a form of creativity.
