Robert Scoble

Robert Scoble (born on January 18th 1965) is a Blogueur and American podcastor. He initially made known himself through his first blog, whereas he still worked for Microsoft. Since 2006, it launched out in the podcasting with Podtech Network.

Biography

Resulting from a family which bathes in data processing as of her whole young age - his/her mother worked as monteuse at Apple - Robert Scoble follows first of all studies of Journalisme.

He joined Microsoft in 2003, and is integrated into the team of Chanel 9, the video chain of promotion of the products and the technologies conceived at Microsoft. Very quickly, its Blog becomes a reference.

In 2006, Scoble announces on its blog that it leaves Microsoft. This day will record the peak of frequentation of sound Blog.

Robert Scoble joined the company Podtech Network, and holds since a kind of permanent Podcast, Scobleshow. He finds the target of polemics beginning 2007 when it appears that a video podcast carried out in a factory of Intel was partly financed by the manufacturer of Semi-conducteur S, then when it reveals on his blog that it must be paid an honorary seal for an intervention at the time of the PostieCon conference, an emanation of the very discussed company PayPerPost (Podtech and Scoble will decide not to perceive the seal within sight of the reactions in the blogosphère).

Scobleshow is a podcast where Robert Scoble, accompanied by a restricted video team, discusses with various personalities the world the techonologies point.
