Robert Pandraud , Politician French, born the October 16th 1928 with the Puy-en-Velay (Haute-Loire).

He is elected appointed the June 16th 2002, for XIIe legislature (2002 - 2007), in the 8th district of the Seine-Saint-Denis. He belongs to the group UMP. He is in addition member of the committee of honor of the Mouvement Initiative and Freedom.

Not candidate with the legislative elections of June 2007, it is replaced by Patrice Calméjane, his former substitute, with the National Assembly.

  • Robert Pandraud, appointed UMP of the Seine-Saint-Denis, Member of the Commission of the laws of the National Assembly, profited from a withdrawal of case in a business of employment in residence of personnel of the Town hall of Paris after refunding of the sums in question.

  • on December 29th, 1995, the Association of the Parisian taxpayers, whose lawyer is Arnaud Montebourg, required of justice to continue for diversion, subtraction of public property and concealment, Robert Pandraud and Camille Cabana, former minister, president of the Institut of the Arab and associated world to the mayor of Paris in charge of finances. It reproaches these two personalities for having profited during several years from servants remunerated by the Town of Paris. This business indirectly blamed Alain Juppe, then assistant with the mayor of Paris in charge of finances.

In the book the invisible brothers, the journalists Renaud Lecadre and Ghislaine Ottenheimer reveal that Pandraud was one of the principal associates maconnic of Jacques Chirac.
