Robert Moreau , born with Tulle the May 20th 1915 and dead the July 23rd 2006, is a militant Walloon and a trade unionist of the FGTB which it directed like assistant of André Renard.
It founded the Walloon Front in 1965, became thus with François Perin the first elected official Walloon separatist with the Room in 1965 then belonged to the Walloon Rassemblement with its creation in 1968. It sat at the Room of 1964 with 1981, became Secretary of State to the social affairs of 1974 with 1976 in the Belgian government then Ministre for the pensions of 1976 with 1977. He is the author of a book trade-union Combat and Walloon conscience published at the same time by the Foundation Andre Renard, the Editions working and the Institut Jules Destrée, which gathers documents which relate to the progressive engagement of the FGTB to the service of the Walloon idea
