Robert Frank (historian)

Robert Frank is a historian French, born in 1944. Incorporated history, he is specialist in the Europe and the international relations.
He was director of IHTP between 1990 and 1994. He is currently professor at the University Paris 1 the Pantheon Sorbonne (pulpit of history of the international relations), directs the UMR Irice and sign also with the IEP of Paris (in second year). He is also director of Magistère of international relations and action abroad at the University Paris 1 the Pantheon Sorbonne.
