Robert Emmiyan

Robert Emmiyan , born the February 16th 1965 in Leninakan, currently Gyumri, is an athlete practitioner the Long jump which represented the the USSR and later the Arménie. Its personal record is of 8.86 meters, current record of Europe, and the fourth world performance of all times.

Its career sees many medals at the European and world level, out of money with the championships of the world of athletics of 1987 and out of gold with the Championnats of Europe of athletics in room. It also obtained the gold medal with the championships of Europe of athletics of 1986 with a jump with 8.41 meters, which is the record of championship (RC). With 8.49 meters, it holds also the record of the championship of Europe in room.

Robert Emmiyan currently lives in France.
