Robert Corbett

Robert Corbett is a British captain which fought during the Napoleonean Guerres to try to take the Mascareignes with the France. He died in 1810 during an organized unloading with Holy-Rose, where a Mausolée classified Historic building was set up in its honor during the third quarter of the 19th century. He appears as a character in the Romance of Patrick O' Brian entitled Expédition in Mauritius .
