Robert Choquette
Robert Choquette , poet, writer, initiator of the Québécois literature radiophonic and diplomatic, born it (April 22nd 1905 with Manchester, in New England, and deceased on January 22nd, 1991 with the 85 years age. He was the author of many radiophonic serials, of which the priest of the village and the Pension Velder , which was then carried to the screen of the Télévision of Radio-Canada, and of innumerable téléthéâtres. Its poetic work includes/understands, inter alia, the collection Métropolitain Museum (1931) and Suite Navy (1953) . He was consul-general of Canada with Bordeau (1964-1968) and ambassador in Argentine, Uruguay and with the Paraguay (1968-1970). He also occupied the presidency of the Company of the Writer Canadian (1971-1973) and that of the academy Canadian-Frenchwoman (1974-1980).
