Robert Ballanger

Robert Ballanger , Political man French, born the November 2nd 1912 with Nantes and deceased the 26 January 1981 with Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis).

Biography

Member of the PCF since 1932 and resistant during the second world war in which it was in contact with Auguste Lecœur.

Deputy of Seine-et-Oise, then of Seine-Saint-Denis of 1945 to 1962 then of 1967 to 1981. He was president of the communist group to the National Assembly of 1964 to 1981.

He was general adviser of the Raincy of 1945 to 1958 and mayor of Aulnay-sous-Bois of 1971 with 1978.

Robert Ballanger, whereas he was deputy and mayor of Aulnay-sous-Bois, was the initiator of the creation of the SEAPFA, Intercommunity association of studies and installation of the Plain of France and Aulnoye in 1971.

Its name was given to the inter-commune hospital of Aulnay-sous-Bois, Villepinte and Sevran.
