Road error correcting code of Quebec

Current the road Error correcting code of Quebec (L.R.Q., C-24.2 chapter) replaced and repealed the old version of this code (L.R.Q., C-24.1 chapter) on June 22nd, 1993.

Article 1 of this law stipulates that: “This code governs the use of the vehicles on the public ways and, in the cases mentioned, on certain ways and private grounds as well as the circulation of the pedestrians on the public ways. It lays down the rules relating to the road safety, the registration of the road vehicles and the licenses and licenses whose administration concerns the Company of the auto insurance of Quebec like to the control of the road transport of the people and the goods. Except contrary provision, it applies to the vehicles except road only for purposes of the registration of the vehicle and its identification by means of a number affixed to this one.”.
