Riwallon de Dol
Riwallon Ier de Dol , called Capra Canuta (Chenue Goat), born in 1015 and died in 1065, is lord of Combourg and Avoué of Dol is signifer sancti Samsonis ( color-bearer of Saint Samson ). He is the son of the Vicomte Hamon Ier d' Aleth and of his wife Roianteline girl of Riwall.
Riwallon, vassal of the duke Conan II of Brittany, enters in rebellion against its suzerain and fact call to the duke of Normandy William the Conqueror his confrontation with the duke of Brittany. This last is beaten in 1064 but the duke of Normandy does not push his front advantage in Brittany. Riwallon married Aremburge of Puiset girl of Gelduin Viscount of Chartres of which:
- Jean Ier de Dol lord of Combourg then archbishop of Fraud of 1081 with 1095
- Gelduin archbishop elected of Fraud died towards 1077
- Havoise marries of Alvus Viscount of Poher.
