Rising of Nanchang

The rising of Nanchang ( Chinese : 南昌起义, Pinyin : Nánchāng Qǐyì) (1927) was the first demonstration of civil war between the Guomindang (Left nationalist Chinese, PNC) and the gongchandang (Chinese Communist party, PCC).

The troops of Guomindang with Nanchang rebelled against their chief Long He and Zhou Enlai tried to take the control of the city after the end of the first alliance between Guomindang and Gongchandang.

The communist forces occupied Nanchang and escaped the seat from the nationalist forces on August 5th while being withdrawn in the mountains from Jinggang in the west from the Jiangxi.

August 1st is regarded as the date of formation of the popular Armée with release.
