Riri, Fifi and Loulou played an important role in the drawn adventures of Donald and Picsou. They are also present through their membership at the Castors Juniors (in English The Junior Woodchucks ). Their handbook - whose five volumes were published in France - contains the answers to all the problems of the daily life. This youth organization, copied on the movement scout and having for goals the transmission of the knowledge and safeguarding of the environment, largely contributed to make small demons of origin of the responsible ducklings.

In Nap Heir Over the Rainbow , they are put to the test by Picsou, just like Donald and Gontran Bonheur, which wishes to designate a heir. Picsou entrusts to each one 1.000 US$. Donald uses them to pay the drafts of his new car; Gontran cash buries them on its chance not to need some; Riri, Fifi and Loulou entrust them to a treasure hunter. Whereas Picsou is on the point of indicating Gontran, that he considered to be most careful even if he estimates that the life is unjust , the three ducklings make fortune thanks to the discovery of the treasure and Picsou in fact its heirs.
