Rio Nova Villa

The Rio Vila Nova is a Brazilian river which bathes the State of Amapá. It bears also the name of Rio Anauerapucu . It takes its source in the East of the Serra C Iratapuru to throw itself in the channel of the North of the delta of the the Amazon between Mazagão and Santana, mingling its water with those with the Rio Matapi. It runs more or less towards South-east and bathes the municipalities of Mazagão, Oporto Grande and Santana. There are three Cascade S important on its course, Cachoeira Branco, Cachoeira Paca and Cachoeira Caraná.
