Rio Cubatão C Norte

The Rio Cubatão C Norte is a Rivière Brésil ienne of the north of the State of Santa Catarina. It belongs to the hydrographic system Littoral of Santa Catarina.

It is born on the territory from the municipality from Campo Alegre, on the buttresses of the Serra C Mar. It moves towards the east, through the municipality of Joinville, until being thrown in the Rio Palmital.

Not far from its source, the river loses Altitude quickly, forming a cascade of more than 300 m height. On the level of the locality of Pirabeiraba, a Stopping, accompanied by a channel of discharge of more than 6 km, was built to fight against the Inondation S.
