Rio Amapari
The Rio Amapari is a Brazilian river which bathes the State of Amapá. It takes its source in the South of the French Guiana, the East of the Serra Uassipein and is thrown in the Rio Araguari after having crossed the municipalities of Pedra Branca C Amapari, Serra C Navio and Oporto Grande, where it makes its junction. It has two Cascade S important on its course: Cachoeira C Tatu, close to its source, and Cachoeira C Veado, upstream of the municipal seat of Tightened C Navio.
Historically, the slaves Samaracá of French Guiana came to prospect the Or on the territory of the current commune of Pedra Branca C Amapari while descending the course from this river like access road.
