Ringou Tulkou Rimpotché
Ringou Tulkou or Ringu Tulku is a large schoolmaster Kagyupa of the Bouddhisme Tibetan.
Biography
Ringou Tulkou was born in 1952 in Kham (Tibet). Following the Chinese invasion, its family leaves the country and takes refuge in India, at the same time as the Dalaï LAMA. At the five years age, he is recognized like the reincarnation of the abbot of the monastery of Rigoul by the Karmapa, more the spiritual high ranking authority of the school Kagyupa, to which its monastery belongs. Doctor of Buddhist philosophy, large scholar, Ringou Tulkou studied under the direction of various Masters belonging to the four schools of the Bouddhisme. He moreover received a Western education during several years.
Rinpotché spends currently approximately six months per annum to Europe and teaches there regularly in a growing number of centers belonging to all the schools of the Bouddhisme Tibetan.
