Righteous Babe Records
Righteous Babe Records (RBR) is a Independent label directed by the singer Ani DiFranco.
In 1990, the singer Ani DiFranco founds the label in order to be able to leave its first album while profiting from a total independence. It bases the company in its birthplace, Buffalo.
In addition to Ani DiFranco, the label shelters also other artists such as Arto Lindsay, Andrew Bird or Utah Philips. In parallel its musical production activity, RBR tries to be a platform of alternative information in order to relay the subjects absent from the media general public.
