Right to the honor

The right to the honor is the right of each one to protect its Honneur.

For P. Kayser, the right to the honor is a “right forgery of the personality”, which cannot receive the qualifier of subjective Droit and which is only one juridically protected legitimate interest (in particular by a action in compensation for the damage caused).
