Right of tendency

The right of tendency makes it possible to the members of an organization (trade-union, associative, political) to be constituted in Tendance (also called Running or movement, Strömung or Flügel in German), i.e. to gather, around ideals, of charismatic practices or characters, for, within this organization, to be better identified, to make progress its ideas and to present themselves to the internal expiries, the Congrès.

Suvant the organizations, the tendencies or the currents can profit from platforms in the internal publications, of an external appearance, in particular media, of a representation in the authorities of the organization related to the votes of the congress.

The tendencies can be organized, at the national or local level, within a Collectif or of a Association law 1901. They adopt a logic of network then.
