Right-hand side liberal-Christian woman

The Droite liberal-Christian woman (DLC) is created in October 1999 by Charles Million. The DLC is resulting from the movement the Line , founded in 1998 per Charles Million, appointed UDF-AD, at the conclusion of its election discussed with the presidency of the district council of the Rhone-Alps with the support of the National front, and with its exclusion of the UDF. The creation of this movement had then aroused the interest of the most preserving French line fringes: a constitutive congress had been held in the presence of Michel Junot, Claude Reichman, Jean-François Touzé, Alain Griotteray, Michel Poniatowski

Because of the failure of an attempt at fusion with the Gathering for France of Charles Pasqua and the National center of independent and country the, Charles Million was brought to create his own party. But all the members of the Right-hand side not having joined the DLC, the latter was a shingling failure: only three deputies were registered with the new party, of which Charles Million. Two of them were beaten with the legislative elections of 2002, the third not being represented.

In September 2002, Charles Million is named ambassador near the United Nations for the food and agriculture (FAO), while the millonist group at the district council of the Rhone-Alps (Yes in the Rhone-Alps, ORA) amalgamates with the group UMP; the DLC in fact is deactivation.
