Riesigk

Riesigk is a village of Germany, in the Land of Saxony-Anhalt (Germany located on the Elba, to approximately 18 km in the west of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. It has a population of approximately 215 inhabitants (31. 12. 2006).

The largest garden Dessau-Wörlitzer Gartenreich of this style in continental Europe bordered by the Elba in the broad west 3 km was commissioned by the prince Léopold III of Anhalt-Dessau towards 1750.
