Rick Wakeman

Richard (Rick) Wakeman (born the May 18th 1949) is one of the clavierists of Yes, considered as most representative of the composition of this group to eminently variable manpower.

Author of a great number of albums solo to the also variable interest, the best and sold better being generally oldest.

The Six Wives off Henry VIII and Criminal Record are generally regarded as its best albums. No earthly connection and White Rock'n'roll , more curious, has also the regard of specialists.

This period of progressive rock'n'roll finishes with “Rhapsodies”. Rick Wakeman will produce an album with large means for Charisma, “1984 more”, with text of Tim Rice and the participation of Jon Anderson and Chaka Khan, which will be a commercial failure.
