Richardménil

Richardménil is a common French, located in the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle and the area Lorraine, close to Nancy.

Geography

Richardménil is on the the Moselle, at approximately 10 minutes in the south of Nancy via the highway A31. The common one belongs to the Communauté of communes the Moselle and Madon (whose president is Claude Grivel).

Richardménil is also crossed by the Canal of the Vosges (in the past Canal of the East)

The districts and localities of the commune are:

Top of the lake,
the Green Village,
imperial Wood
the Bottom of Richardménil, name given since this end of the village east after a vertiginous coast (where the church is established besides).

Inheritance

Old a Motte castrale of the Moyen-âge was classified historic building.

Richardménil counts two castles including one still inhabited, the other having been destroyed during the second world war, the property having been repurchased in 2006.

The paths close to the ponds (water reserve of Nancy) were a place of walk, but are now prohibited with the public.

Equipment

This village also counts two schools, a commercial place with station, shop tobacconist's, mini-market, hairdresser and baker's and confectioner's shop as well as a wine salesman.

A zone where a few tens of companies are established finds beside the trunk road.

Richardménil has a course of health, two stages of foot, a city as well as courses of tennis and a skate-park. The local football club is the FCRF2M.

" Treads Of Solidarité" are orgnisé the day of Telethon with a course of 10,4 kilometers fesant 4 loops. A loop makes 2,6 kilometers.

Nautical halt

A nautical halt is established with the level of the footbridge Mangin, it is managed by Association for the development of the environment with Richardménil (ADER). Its capacity of reception is from 10 to 15 boats, electricity, water are placed at the disposal of the navigators for a few euros.

A mainly food trade is located has a few hundred meters of the halt, with a service making it possible to the navigators not to carry their races since transported by car directly to the boat.
