Richard von Bienerth-Schmerling

Richard Freiherr Graf von Bienerth-Schmeling (born the March 2nd 1863 with Verona and dead the June 3rd 1918 with Vienna), was an Austrian political personality . Same family as Anton von Schmerling.

It was minister-president d' Autriche from November 15th, 1908 to June 28th, 1911.
