Richard de Gloucester

The prince Richard (Richard Alexander Walter George) (born the August 26th 1944), Count d' Ulster and 2nd Duke of Gloucester, are a member of the British Royal family.

He is the second wire of the prince Henry, duke of Gloucester and Alice, the duchess of Gloucester (born Montagu-Douglas-Scott Alice). He occupies the eighteenth place in the order of succession with the British throne and was named by his cousin the queen Elisabeth knight of the prestigious Order of the Garter.

Marriage

He marries the June 8th 1972 Birgitte van Deurs. They have three children:

Lady Davina Lewis (born the November 19th 1977)
Lady Pink Windsor (born on March 1st 1980)
