Richard D G Williams was a player Welsh of Rugby to XV, born the June 15th 1856 in Llowes, deceased the September 27th 1915 during the First World War, having occupied the station of before in national selection.

It evolved/moved in club with the Newport RFC of 1880 to 1881. He played for the Université of Oxford and Cambridge and for RMC Sandhurst.

He disputed its first test match in team of Wales the February 19th 1881 against the team of England for the first international match of Wales.
