Richard Irwin Lynch is a American Botaniste , born in 1850 with St Germans in Cornouailles and dead the December 7th 1924.
It enters the royal Botanical gardens of Kew in 1867. It is preserving botanical gardens of Cambridge of 1879 with 1919. It receives the medal of Veitch money in 1901, that out of gold in 1924 as well as the Médaille Victoria of the honor in 1906. He is member of the Société linnéenne of London and of the royal Société of botany. He is the author of Book off the Iris and of many articles relating to obtaining Hybride.
