Richard Howe
Richard Howe (March 8th 1726 - August 5th 1799), 1st count Howe, was a British Admiral .
Richard Howe was born with London, second wire of the Viscount Emmanuel Howe and Mary Sophia Charlotte. He enters at 13 years the Royal Navy. It ordered the English fleet at the time of the 13 meadow year Bataille II (June 1st 1794) with broad of Ushant against that of Louis Thomas Villaret de Joyeuse.
His/her brother William Howe was general of the English armies in America.
