Richard Holbrooke
Richard Charles Albert Holbrooke (born the April 24th 1941), is an American diplomat . He is of 1999 with 2001 US ambassador with the the United Nations.
He was US ambassador in Germany in 1993.
It is also one of the principal architects of the peace negotiations in Bosnia Herzégovine via the Accords of Dayton in 1995.
Concerning Slobodan Milošević, he declared with BBC in 2006: " The death of Milošević pointed out funny memories to me. This man destroyed the Balkans (…) certain monsters like Hitler or Stalin, leave the largest vestiges in the history, and it is the case with Milošević. "
