Richard Edson

Richard Edson , born in 1954 with New La Rochelle, New York with the the United States, is an actor and an American musician.

It is the first beater of the group Sonic Youth, of 1981 to 1982. After having left the group, it decides to be directed towards a career of actor while playing in approximately 35 films. One of its most outstanding roles will remain that of Eddie to with dimensions of John Lurie in the film worship of Jim Jarmusch, Stranger Than Paradise . He also played of the important characters in Do the Right Thing of Spike Lee, Good Morning, Vietnam of Barry Levinson and Platoon of Oliver Stone. These last years it had a series of roles noticed while becoming the actor fetish of the French realizer Raphaël Nadjari in its American trilogy.
