Richard Chancellor ( unknown date - 1556), English navigator, discovered in 1553 the port of Archangel by seeking a passage in the Orient by the North-eastern; he perishes in 1556 in a storm, have revenantdes same trimmings. Its Voyage is in the collections of Hackluyt and Pinkerton.
