Richard Berry , born the July 31st 1950 with Paris is an actor Acteur, Réalisateur and Scénariste of Cinéma French.

Biography

Born the July 31st 1950 with Paris commercial parents it grows in the 10th district of Paris then with Boulogne-Billancourt.

Since 1966, then 16 years old, it is impassioned for the theater, integrates a troop of actors amateurs and is impassioned for traditional Racine, Corneille, Molière and Beaumarchais.

In 1969 it is admitted by contest with the Conservatoire higher national of dramatic art with for professors Jean-Laurent Cochet and Antoine Vitez, of which it arises with the first price in 1973, before integrating this same year the Comédie-Française of which it becomes Pensionnaire or it will remain seven years until in 1980.

In 1974, it makes a first appearance with the cinema in the Slap of Claude Pinoteau with Lino Ventura, Isabelle Adjani and Annie Girardot.

In 1978 Élie Chouraqui offers its first great role to him which launches its career to the cinema in My first love to the sides of Nathalie Baye, Anouk Aimée and Gabriele Ferzetti and then turns 4 to 5 films per annum. It is directed by Alexandre Arcady in many films: Great Forgiveness and Great Forgiveness 2 , the Great Carnival , the Sacred union , For Sacha and Between Dogs and wolves … It is also directed by Christine Pascal with which it will make three films: The bitchy girl, the Small Prince with Known as for which it is nominated in César of the best actor, and obtain the price of interpretation to the festival of Montreal and Adultère Instructions

It also launches out in the realization as with the Art (delicate) of the seduction with Patrick Timsit and gives to Cécile of France its first great role or Me César, 10 years ½, 1m39 , films in which it makes turn his daughter Joséphine Berry.

Private life

He was married with the English actor Jessica Forde with whom he has a girl actress Joséphine Berry.

He saw with Montmartre in the 18th district of Paris

In 2005, it gave a Rein to his/her sister, Marie Berry, to which it is very close, attack of the Syndrome of Alport (a Genetic disease) which is the subject of the book the gift of oneself . This act contributed to make known the problems of the Clerc's Office to the general public.

His/her brother Philippe Berry is sculptor and ex husband of the actress Josiane Balasko with whom it has a girl, the actress Marilou Berry.
