Situation
It is located under the Boulevard Richard-Lenoir, in the south of the crossroads with the street Pelée.
Origin of the name
The Richard-Lenoir boulevard honors the French manufacturer François Richard-Lenoir.
History
The station is open the December 17th 1906 during the prolongation of line 5 of Mazas ( Quai of Grated today the ) to Lancry (today Jacques Bonsergent ).
Access
The station has a single access:- : a staircase on the west coast of the quay level, vis-a-vis 65 boulevard Richard-Lenoir.
