Rich Gannon

Rich Gannon is a former American player of American football, born the December 20th 1965, which evolved/moved at the station of Quarterback (1,91  m for 93  kg). It obtained its best results with the Oakland Raiders.

Biography

University career

He played with the university of Delaware.

Professional path

He was draft E with the 4th turn in 1987 by the New England Patriots.

Gannon disputed 166 matches of NFL, cumulating 28  743  yards with the master key for 180 Touchdown S. It exceeded four times the 3  000  yards with the master key per season of 1999 to 2002.

It holds the record of the greatest number of complete master keys in one season (418 in 2002). It holds also the sad record of the greatest number of interceptions in a Super Bowl (five on the whole in 2003 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers).
