Rice cargo liner
The rice cargo liner , also called brown rice or brown rice , is a Riz peeled, of beige color, obtained starting from the Rice paddy to which one removed his outer jackets or adherent Glumelle S.
It is consisted the whole grain which preserved a brownish film which constitutes the rice sound (formed of the pericarp of the fruit and the tegument of seed closely welded to form the caryopse), as well as the germ. It is a type of whole Grain. It is harder with mastiquer than the white Riz and grows rancid more quickly, but has more nutritive value , because the rice sound is rich in elements sought in certain dietetic modes: fibers, B1 vitamins and B6, iron, magnesium, potassium, while the germ brings fatty-acids and proteins.
In Asia, it is associated with the Pauvreté and times of Guerre. In North America, it is often associated with a healthy Alimentation.
