Retchnoï Vokzal (subway of Moscow)

Retchnoï Vokzal (in Russian, Речнойвокзал, is litérallement the " Station of Rivière") is the station more in north of the Ligne Zamoskvoretskaïa of the Métro of Moscow. Built according to the most widespread design of the pillars with three sides, it was finished in 1964. Until 1975, it was the station more in north of Moscow. Architecture follows the " Sorokonojka" typical of the Muscovite stations, made up of pillars in maroon Marble mottled of white, and walls covered with squares. It was conceived by architects N.I. Demchinski and You.A. Kolesnikova. The station has two halls of entry, located at the intersection of the street Festivalnaïa and the road of Leningrad.

Like the other termini of the lines of the subway of Moscow, Retchnoï Vokzal serves a big number of passengers (approximately 111.000 per day).
