The responsibility is one of the three central values of the ecology policy, with the solidarity and the autonomy. This stake becomes increasingly important for the leaders, insofar as it becomes difficult, today, to hide a defect in a produced, or a service rendered to a customer. Indeed, facilities of Communication offered by Internet, the emails, and other mobiles, make it possible to rather quickly realize of the Vice S of the products.

The liability for the defective products must be integrated in the Stratégie of the companies, by the thorough analysis of the relations with its Recipients. This type of analysis corresponds to the Sustainable development and the Responsabilité sociétale for company.
