Resident
A resident is a natural person (private individual domiciled in a country) or morals (company registered in a country) whose principal residence is located in a country given and juridically considered such by the administration of this one.
The quality of resident is independent of the Nationalité of the person concerned. She is possibly attested, concerning a foreigner, by the delivery of a Permit residence, of a Titer of resident or of a Resident's card permanent (for example the Green card).
This person is in addition a resident tax if it is qualified such by the tax authorities of the country which considers that it exerts the essence of her economic activities subjected to the tax in this one.
